The project “Implementation of new technology based on stationary laser welding head in Kamir company” has been finished and we are now offering a new service of laser cutting, precise bending and laser welding parts made of mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other special materials.

• direct mechanical and software connection with automatic steel storage of 86 shelves with 3 ton capacity each, the laser can cut with very high productivity in automatic mode 24h/7

• accuracy of +/- 0,3° thanks to laser angle measurement system during bending
• pressure up to 400 T
• part maximum length of 4080 mm
• special software for flat parts calculation basing on material, thickness and tools

Laser welding:

• power 6 kW
• fiber laser
• robots payload 70 kg
• robot repeatability +/- 0,04 mm
